Physical Therapy Services
Physical therapy can help speed injury recovery, accelerate post-operative rehabilitation, or address the causes of chronic pain.
At Active Balance Physical Therapy, our goal is to support lifelong mobility by guiding patients back to their prior level of function and preventing further injury. We use a hands-on approach to stretch and work the muscle prior to exercise in order to improve function and strength. Contact Active Balance today to find out if physical therapy is right for you.
Our services include but are not limited to:
Chronic pain
Pre/Post-surgery rehabilitation
Sprains/Strains/Tendonitis/Bursitis
Osteoarthritis/Osteoporosis

About Active Balance

Lisa Stutzman, MPT
I moved from Iowa to the Tongue River Valley with my family in 2015. I have been a practicing physical therapist since graduating from the University of Iowa in 1996.
I owned a physical therapy clinic in Iowa for 8 years before moving to Wyoming. Over my 20 years in practice, I have worked in a variety of settings including outpatient, industrial, sports, and long-term care facilities. I enjoy continuing to learn and build on my knowledge of treatment options. My focus is on manual-based therapy, using hands-on-treatments to get results.
My husband and I have 4 children in school. We enjoy outdoor recreation, traveling and keeping up with our children’s activities.
